The Mobile Edition of Memento Database was developed first and is available only for Android platforms.

The Memento Edition has been at Release 3 for some time, most recently 3.9.7. The Release 4 beta had begun, with release planned for October, 2016.

Releases of the Memento Mobile Edition

There is a new release 4.0.0 currently starting beta testing that will contain integration with Tasker & Locale Android apps and an event model with trigger scripting in JavaScript, among other things.

The following releases have previously taken place.

Release 3.9.7

• Type of relationship for Link to Entry field types:

• Many-to-many (now the default)
• One-to-many (previously the only relationship type)
• One-to-one

• Added ability to open the Entry Edit card by clicking on an entry. To enable it: Library > menu > Settings > Edit mode
• Added ability to manually enter location (latitude & longitude)
• Added the Greek language
• Fixed minor bugs

Release 3.9.6

• Improved file upload does
• Improved Android 6.0 compatibility
• Added ability to set the divider for multi-choice fields
• Added new user permission for Memento Cloud

• Added ability to set a user to view only his/her own entries in a shared library

Release 3.9.0

• Added new JavaScript field type
• Added the ability to toggle the Entry Edit card between card and full-screen mode.
• Added ability to sort and rename filters
• Added ability to use the value from the previous entry as a default value for numeric field types
• Added ability to enable automatic sorting of items for choice fields.

Release 3.8.8

• Enabled multiple dependencies for a field
• Improved performance
• Fixed minor bugs

Release 3.8.5

• Added support for Android Runtime permissions
• Added switch function for Calculation fields

Release 3.8.0

• Enabled subscribers to receive notifications of modifications in libraries made by other users.

• How: Library > slide menu > Cloud > Notifications

• Enabled subscribers to comment on entries uploaded to the Memento Cloud

• How: Entry Edit card > Comment button in lower-right of card

• Added management of files related to a library.
